Architectural Paints

High Gloss Acrylic Paints

OM-407 EXP Acrylic copolymer emulsion, composed of 100% acrylic monomers. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the formulation of acrylic paints with high gloss properties and excellent resistance to weathering.

OM-2018 EXP 100% acrylic copolymer, semi shiny film-forming, developed to design and manufacture high-gloss acrylic paints.

​

OM-498 EXP  100% acrylic polymer, nonionic character, hard and shiny film, developed to be used as a vehicle in the fabrication of architectural paints at different PVC’s. Provides high resistance to: alkalis, wet and dry abrasion, and color retention.

​

High Gloss Vinyl-Acrylic Paints

OM-5916 EXP The emulsion was developed to be used in the manufacture of vinyl-acrylic paints with high gloss properties and excellent resistance to weathering. It can be used for the manufacture of satin paints. Also, as dry resin leaves a glossy transparent film, so it is also recommended as a “TOP” coating over finished surfaces or exposed brick.

OM-495 EXP Anionic vinyl acrylic copolymer that forms a semi-rigid, continuous and transparent film. Developed to formulate paints with high resistance to rubbing.

​

Paints with High Resistance to Alcalis

OM-498 B EXP  100% acrylic polymer, nonionic character, hard and shiny film, developed to be used as a vehicle in the fabrication of architectural paints at different PVC’s. Provides high resistance to: alkalis, wet and dry abrasion, and color retention.

OM-394 EXP  Emulsion copolymer comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. Medium-high viscosity. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of architectural paints and textured pastes with good hardness properties, resistance to moisture and alkali, as well as excellent resistance to weathering. In addition to these properties, it also has good load acceptance, which favors the production of high quality coatings.

OM-595 EXP Anionic acrylic styrene copolymer, free of external plasticizers, hard film formation, and was developed for the production of paints with high resistance to alkalis.

​

OM-4171 A EXP Vinyl-Versatate copolymer (VEOVA), anionic character, developed to be used as a vehicle in the formulation of interior and exterior paints. Provides high resistance to alkalis.

​

OM-4286 EXP Vinyl-Versatate copolymer (VEOVA), anionic character, developed to be used as a vehicle in the formulation of interior and exterior paints. Provides high resistance to alkalis.

​

Reflective Paints

OM-2263 A EXP Styrene acrylic copolymer, semi-elastic, continuous and transparent film, developed for reflective paint formulation.

Standard Vinyl-Acrylic Paints

OM-545 EXP The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacturing of vinyl-acrylic paints with gloss properties and excellent resistance to weathering. It has great load acceptance, and it is primarily used in the production of médium PVC interior paints.

​

Vinyl Sealant

OM-5446 EXP  Homopolymer emulsion comprising vinyl acetate monomer. Semi-elastic film formation with high brightness and excellent resistance to rewetting.

​

OM-5418 EXP  Homopolymer emulsion comprising vinyl acetate monomer. High viscosity and high solid content. The emulsion was developed to be used as a sealant with good properties of hardness and gloss.

​

OMP-307 EXP   Vinyl acrylic copolymer, anionic character, developed to be used as a vehicle for fabricating vinyl-acrylic sealants.

​

Vinyl-Acrylic Paints with High Resistance to Dampness

OM-1343 EXP  Terpolymer emulsion consisting of multifunctional acrylic and vinyl acetate monomers. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of vinyl-acrylic paints with high gloss properties, high resistance to water immersion and excellent resistance to weathering.

​

Coatings with High Resistance to Puddles

OMP-434 EXP Anionic styrene acrylic copolymer, developed to formulate roof tops with high resistance to puddling.

​

OM-2009 EXP  Terpolymer emulsion comprising bifunctional monomer, styrene, and acrylic esters. The emulsion was developed, to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of elastomeric sealants with good elongation properties, low water absorption and excellent resistance to blistering in areas of flooding/puddling.

​

High Elongation Coatings

OM-570 EXP  Copolymer emulsion comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of elastomeric roof tops with excellent elongation properties, low water absorption and high resistance to weathering.

​

OM-5539 EXP  Copolymer emulsion comprising acrylic monomers. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of elastomeric sealants with good elongation properties, low water absorption and excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions.

 

 

Recycled Tire Coatings

OMP-422 EXP Flexible film emulsion with high resistance to blister formation, useful in the formulation of ecological roof tops that contain recycled tire.

•W-6150 EXP  Copolymer emulsion consisting of acrylic and styrene monomers. The emulsion was developedto be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of elastomeric sealants with good elongation properties, low water absorption and excellent resistance to weathering.

Flexible Textures

OM-2263 A EXP Emulsion copolymer, comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was developed to be used as a vehicle in the formulation of textured pastes with good properties of hardness, flexibility, moisture and alkali resistance, as well as excellent resistance to weathering.

OM-4205 EXP Styrene acrylic copolymer with anionic character, flexible, transparent and continuous film. Ammonia odor-less. Developed to fabricate flexible textures.

​

 

Hard Textures

OM-595 EXP  Copolymer emulsion with low viscosity comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters.
