Cleaning Fibers

OM-1012 A EXP Autoreticulable vinyl acrylic copolymer, anionic, and forms a continuous, transparent, and hard film. Developed for the cleaning fiber industry.

OM-5224 EXP Autoreticulable and anionic vinyl acrylic copolymer. Forms a continuous, transparent and hard film. Developed for the industry as a binder for cleaning fibers.

OM-163 EXP 100% Acrylic Copolymer. Autoreticulable, anionic, with a hard transparent film. Industrial Use: Cleaning fibers manufacturing.

Interlining

OM-5224 EXP Self crosslinkable vinyl acrylic copolymer, comprising vinyl acetate and acrylic monomers. The emulsion was developed to be used as a binder vehicle for textile fibers, in the manufacture of nonwovens, such as wadding, interlinings, backing membranes with rigid touch. Good penetration and wetting power.

OM-163 EXP 100% Acrylic Copolymer. Autoreticulable, anionic, and forms a hard transparent film. Developed for the production of interlining.

Lamination

OM-2263 A EXP Emulsion copolymer, comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was designed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of adhesives to laminate various substrates, cloth fabrics, cloth to EVA, cloth to polyurethane foam material, etc. Confers a semi flexible finishing.

OM-394 EXP Emulsion copolymer, comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was designed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacturing of adhesives to laminate various substrates. Confers characteristics of medium hardness, resistance to moisture and high temperatures, as well as excellent resistance to weathering

OM-723 EXP Emulsion polymer consisting of acrylic monomers. It’s a self crosslinkable emulsion that forms a transparent, continuous and flexible film whose versatility and softness make it ideal  when used in textiles and nonwovens as a vehicle for the manufacturing of adhesives with high resistance to UV degradation and heat.

OMT-152 EXP Self crosslinkable polymer emulsion comprising monomers of acrylic acid esters. The emulsion is designed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacture of adhesives to laminate various substrates, such as cloth fabrics, cloth to polyurethane foam, etc. Its characteristics of softness, flexibility and high resistance to moisture, as well as excellent resistance to weathering, result in great bonding adhesives with very high quality and very low price.

Support Membrane

OM-5224 EXP Self-crosslinkable vinyl acrylic copolymer emulsion, comprising acrylic and vinyl acetate monomers. The emulsion was developed to be used as a binder vehicle for textile fibers, in the manufacture of nonwovens, such as wadding, interlinings, rigid membranes. Features good penetration and wetting power.

Thermoforming

OM-2346 EXP  Emulsion copolymer, comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was developed, to be used as a hardening agent in textiles and in the thermoforming of automotive original carpet industry as a vehicle in the backing formulation.

Wadding

OM-5224 EXP  Self crosslinkable vinyl acrylic copolymer, comprising vinyl acetate and acrylic monomers. The emulsion was developed to be employed as a binder vehicle for textile fibers, in the manufacture of nonwovens, such as wadding, interlinings, backing membranes with  rigid touch. OM-513 M EXP  Self crosslinkable vinyl acrylic copolymer, comprising vinyl acetate and acrylic monomers. Developed as a binder vehicle for textile fibers, and in the manufacture of nonwovens, such as wadding, interlinings, etc. With soft touch, good penetration and wetting power.

OM-533 M EXP  Self crosslinkable vinyl acrylic copolymer, comprising vinyl acetate and acrylic monomers. Developed as a binder vehicle for textile fibers, and in the manufacture of nonwovens, such as wadding, interlinings, etc. With soft touch, good penetration and wetting power.
